Hello ladies, Happy Sunday!!! Please help me welcome our Chef of the Month 🎉🎊 1. Tell us a little bit about you My name is Kine Niang and I live in Mableton, Georgia. I own an African restaurant here in Georgia called African Delights and another one in Italy called Afr’eat. I cater food for all occasions and I sell woman stuff on the side😃. 2. What made you decide to become a chef/caterer? First of all I love to cook and I am picky with food. I lived in Italy and I used to come in Atlanta. During my holidays I was doing hair and I realized that there were only one African restaurant (not Senegalese) close to us. Then, when I moved here, I decided to sell Senegalese food from my house. Shortly after, I opened African Delights. 3. How do you market your business? People find me on google, Uber eat, Door dash, Grub hub, and Beyond money. I get most of my customers from word of mouth. 4. Do you only cook Senegalese food? I discovered that most of my customers were from different nationalities and I added other dishes. 5. How do you incorporate other cuisines? Like I said earlier, my customers came from different backgrounds so I learned how to cook Caribbean food and add it to my menu. 6. Since jumbo and maggi are prohibited what will you suggest to use as saf safal? I haven’t use Maggi or jumbo for a long time, I use Himalaya pink salt instead. It is healthy and gives your cookings a special taste. 7. What advice would you give to aspiring chefs? Whatever you do in live, do it with love. My advice to aspiring chefs is to make her customers happy first before thinking about money. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ African Delight Restaurant - Mableton 185 Veterans Memorial Hwy SE Mableton, GA 30126 770-739-8200 www.africandelightmableton.com ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ — with Bolo Diallo-Young and 8 others.
